Local pickup is available by appointment in Sandy, and we ship anywhere in the United States.

We laser engrave hardwoods (walnut, maple, birch, oak, cherry), coated and bare metals (stainless steel, anodized aluminum, brass, coated tumblers like Yeti and Stanley), genuine leather, acrylic (clear, frosted, colored), natural stone (slate, marble, granite), glassware, ceramic mugs, paper and cardstock, cork, and most coated finishes. We do not laser engrave PVC, vinyl, ABS plastic, polycarbonate (Lexan), fiberglass, or any material containing chlorine — these release toxic fumes and damage the machine. We also avoid HDPE and most foams. Reflective bare metals like polished copper, silver, or chrome require special marking sprays. Unknown plastics are case-by-case — when in doubt, ask us before bringing it in.

Yes — absolutely. Customer-supplied items are welcome and one of our most common requests. Bring us your Yeti, Stanley, RTIC, wine glasses, knives, cutting boards, mailboxes, jewelry boxes, leather wallets, or family heirlooms — we’ll engrave them. We only ask that the item is clean and that you confirm the material first (see the question above for items we can’t safely laser). Pricing for customer-supplied items is typically lower since you’re not paying for the blank.

Yes — custom is what we do. Single-piece commissions, weird one-off projects, heirloom restorations, custom signage, memorial pieces, and concepts that don’t fit any category — send it over. Email your idea (even a rough sketch or description) to pangeadesigns24@gmail.com and we’ll work the design with you and send a digital proof before any cutting starts.

Pricing depends on material, size, complexity, and quantity. Single engraved pieces typically start around $15–25; bulk orders see meaningful per-unit discounts. Customer-supplied items are usually cheaper since the blank isn’t included. We send free quotes within 48 hours of receiving your details at pangeadesigns24@gmail.com.

Most small projects — single tumblers, plaques, individual signs, gifts — ship within 1–2 weeks of proof approval. Bulk orders (50+ tumblers, full tournament trophy series) and large signage installations typically run 2–4 weeks. Rush jobs are sometimes possible — mention your deadline up front and we’ll be honest about whether it fits.

Yes — this is a big part of what we do. We regularly produce team-sized batches of branded tumblers, wedding favor sets, full tournament trophy series, corporate recognition gifts, and event swag for clients across Salt Lake City, Park City, Draper, and the wider Wasatch Front. Per-unit pricing improves with quantity.

Both. Local pickup is welcome by appointment at our studio in Sandy, Utah, and we offer free delivery on bulk orders to nearby Salt Lake County and Utah County cities. For everywhere else, we ship anywhere in the United States.
